DescriptionA147 is a Cr20Ni10Mn6 stainless-steel electrode with low-hydrogen and sodium flux coating. It has good crack,heat and corrosion resistances,and can be operated with DCRP,and is sutiable for all welding positions.
Application: It is used for welding of special steels and stainless steels(such as 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti) as well as the high-chromium steel that does not need postweld heat treatment.
Points for Attention:
1. The electrodes must be baked at 250 for 1 hour before welding.
2. Oil dirt,rust and other foreign matter,etc must be cleaned away from the surfaces of base metal.
3. For the purpose to prevent electrode from getting red,the operation current should not be too large.
