      TCD2015 water-cooled diesel engine is a new generation product developed by DEUTZ on the basis of BF6M1015C water-cooled diesel engine. By improving fuel injection system, selecting Bosch electronical unit pump, and optimizing fuel, this serial has realized the technology transition. The emission reaches Euro standard and has the potential for meeting Euro .

Super Power:

      The rated power has deducted the inlet loss. Compared with other diesel engines whose rated power is the same, ours are 10% higher than them. And the specifications of this series are as follows:

12 liter displacement, power scope: 240-360KW, which can meet the ISO1585 standard.

Stable operation, comfortable driving

      TCD2015V06 has the same design with BF6M1015 on crankcase with the angle of 30°, The V type diesel engine with 120° can ensure the uniform ignition, reduce vibration and improve the reliability of running. Therefore vehicles equipped with this engine will be as comfortable as the in-line ones.

Low speed, High torque

The torque rise is higher than 30% and the highest can be 45%, which can reduce the frequency of changing gears while the truck is in road, improve comfortability, reduce work intensity and the cost of the gear-box. Whats more it can increase the loading capacity and meet the requirements of climbing capacity for macrodome. ON one hand, no matter what the road condition is, the wide range of high torque can ensure the truck to run efficiently, and on the other hands, low speed and high torque can better the accelerating ability.

High reliability

      TCD2015V06 diesel engine adopts the inner oil-line and inner water channel structure which distinctly make the external pipes less and thus   reduce the potential possibilities of failures. The crankcase, accessory bracket, cylinder head and other parts have all passed through the overall structure calculation and reliable test. The low rated speed is conform to the development tendency of the diesel engine and can also ensure longer service life for the crankcase, connecting rod, bearing shell and other parts. Adopting the electronical-unit-pump technology, the requirement of this serial of engine for diesel quality is lower than the common rail system, which is quite suitable for the domestic state of diesel supply. Therefore the engine is much more reliable and serves longer, reaching up to 1,000,000 kilometers.

Excellent economic performance

      TCD2015V06 diesel engine has a lowest fuel consumption rate of 197g/Kwh. The oil consumption rate is 0.2% of the fuel consumption rate. The wide scope of speed (1000-1500r/min) and range of load (50%-100%) have perfect fuel efficiency.

Excellent Cold Start-up

  TCD2015V06 diesel engines use inlet heating device which can keep the engine have good start at the temperature of -35.

Convenient Maintenance

TCD2015V06 diesel engine has one-cylinder-one-head structure so that the parts have good universal property and convenient maintenance. The oil and oil filter change interval is 250 hours and 1000 hours for diesel filter and adjusting of the valve clearance, which can save quite a lot of maintenance time for our customers.

Low vibration and noise

Thanks to the patent technology adopted crankshaft, optimized crankcase with noise-reduction design, and accessory bracket as well as other parts, the whole vehicle has realized low vibration and noise.

Light Weight and Small Volume

      The front part of the engine adopts the accessory bracket structure type, inner water pump, oil pump and oil cooler make the engine have compact structure, light weight and small volume.
