Description:Product quality is the life of an enterprise. In 2003, we completed conversion quality system standard and passed examination of quality system certificate of military and civil automobiles. We imported not only technology, but also advanced testing and measuring equipment such as brake and function test bench manufactured by Zoellner Company, air-circuit testing instrument, moment monitor, VME1000 three-coordinate tester, and ZMC500 gear testing center. These provide necessary condition for warrant machining quality of parts and components. In 2002, a line for inspecting and testing of ex-factory complete-vehicle, which conforms to standard, was finished building the items of measuring and testing that can be done with single cycle. They include vehicle speed, axle weight, light bright side skid, smoke intensity, noise, front wheel location and power. At present it is one of the domestic most advanced line for measuring and testing of heavy vehicles. Insisting on the policy of quality first for many years, we have been making the quality activities at a controlled state since our foundation.
